Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@buywiseship.com.
After the 12-hour window, your order will begin processing, and cancellations or refunds will no longer be possible.

Returns

Because your items are shipped internationally and specially packaged for cargo shipping, we are unable to accept returns once we begin preparing your order. We encourage you to double-check your order details, product selections, and quantities before completing your purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

• Approved order cancellations made within the 12-hour window

• Orders we are unable to fulfill due to stock availability or other issues on our end

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
